🧷 Collector’s Notes
- This is the only single in the TGRRS series with Johnny Rotten on lead vocals for the A-side.
(There’s “Watcha Gonna Do…” on a B-side, but that’s a different story.) - The B-side, Pistols Propaganda, plays like a mock film trailer — chaotic and tongue-in-cheek.
The very first TGRRS VHS tape I ever bought had this promo right at the beginning 😆
(VOS-4824 Hi-Fi, 104min) — priced at ¥4,944 when it launched on 1 July 1990. Seemed like a good deal at the time. It’s even cheaper now 😅

I had a DVD copy but couldn’t manage to grab a still — luckily, I found the exact same version on YouTube! It even has Japanese subtitles 😊
🔜 Coming Up Next…
Next up in the TGRRS series:
“The Great Rock ’n’ Roll Swindle / Rock Around the Clock” (Virgin VS290) — featuring both the purple and yellow label variations!
Stay tuned — only a few more left in this series!
byebye 👋
